Is the content actually original, or recycled from templates?+
Every post is generated fresh. Our pipeline is trained specifically on your brand — not generic templates. Each caption, visual concept, and hashtag is created for your persona and your audience.
How long does it take to build the persona?+
The full persona design and pipeline takes four weeks from kickoff to launch. This includes brand discovery, character design, voice training, and a soft-launch review period before we go live.
Do I still approve posts before they go out?+
Yes — all plans include an approval workflow. You can review and approve content batches in advance, or set auto-publish rules for content you fully trust the pipeline on. It's your call.
Will my audience know it's AI-generated?+
Not unless you tell them. The persona is designed to feel genuinely authentic — trained on your real brand voice, not generic AI output. We work hard to make it sound like a real person who deeply understands your brand.
What platforms does the Persona Engine support?+

Can the persona post in Bahasa Malaysia?+
Absolutely. We train bilingual personas in both BM and English, as well as mixed-language (Manglish/Rojak) styles that resonate with Malaysian audiences. Just specify this in your brief.
